Experienced. The average Magister consultant has 14 years of industry and consulting experience.
Value Adding. Because we staff only senior-level
consultants, our personel add value from the first day of the
engagement. No junior consultants just out of school learning on the
client's time.

Magister Consulting
was founded as a response to client needs for independent, pragmatic,
cost-effective consulting services. The larger IT focused
consultancies typically view strategic IT consulting as the “tip of the
spear” to sell additional services like systems integration,
outsourcing, and managed services. Though we do partner with
firms that provide these services, our only business is providing our
clients with the best, most reliable strategic advice.
Founded
in 2004 by formerly a Consultant Manager with a Accenture, Magister
Consulting employs a just-in-time staffing model. Drawing from an
extensive pool of experts, each engagement is staffed not according to
who is on payroll, but who is the best for the client. Because we
don’t employ entry-level consultants who learn on the client’s time,
and because we don’t have significant carrying costs while consultants
are “on the bench,” we are able to price our services much more
competitively than the larger firms. The result: unsurpassed quality
consulting services that won’t invite a call from the CFO.
